The pallets shown here left our plant in a single shipment for an international golf footwear brand: several thousand rigid shoe boxes, multi-colour offset, one SKU, delivered as one lot.

Box constructions
Six shoe box formats we build
All are rigid board wrapped in printed premium paper. The right one depends on where the box ships, how it is stored, and who assembles it.
Two-piece lid and base
The retail standard. Lowest unit cost, fastest to produce, stacks well in store. Best for high volume sold in physical retail.
Magnetic closure
Concealed magnets under the wrap, clean audible click on closing. The unboxing format for premium and limited-edition lines.
Drawer / slide-out
Sleeve and tray with a ribbon pull. Strong shelf presence, protects the shoe well, popular for gifting and collaborations.
Collapsible flat-pack
Ships and stores flat, pops up in seconds. Higher unit price, but far lower freight and warehouse cost. The format to ask about for export programmes.
Full-surface brand print
Edge-to-edge artwork across lid, base and inner walls. We print the inside too, where most suppliers leave it plain to save a pass.
Fitted inserts
Paper or moulded trays that hold the shoe in place through transit, plus compartments for dust bags, laces and cards.

We deliberately do not map a box size to a shoe size. Lasts differ between brands, so the same men’s 42 can vary by several centimetres across ranges. Send us the largest shoe in your line and we will confirm which box fits it, or draw a new size around it.
Materials and finishing
What goes into the box
Our standard build is premium printed paper laminated onto 1.5-2 mm rigid greyboard. Art paper, uncoated stock, textured specialty paper and other wraps are available on request.

One honest note on finishing: do not stack more than two decoration techniques on one box. Foil plus emboss plus spot UV plus soft-touch does not read as more premium, it reads as busy, and it adds cost on every single unit for the life of the programme.
Why brands source packaging in Vietnam
Vietnam overtook China in the first quarter of 2026 to become the largest footwear supplier to the United States. If the shoes are already made here, keeping the box next to the assembly line removes an international leg from the supply chain.

Printed proof approved before the press run starts. This is the step that prevents a whole lot being reprinted.

7-10 days in normal season, 2-3 weeks in the November to December peak. Every carton inspected before palletising.

Questions buyers ask first
Frequently asked
What is the minimum order quantity?
1,000 boxes per SKU. The die-cutting tool and printing plates are fixed costs spread across the run. Below that threshold the unit price stops making sense for you, not just for us.
Do you hold stock boxes?
No. Everything is made to order against your specification. There is no warehouse of blank shoe boxes to draw from.
How long does production take?
7-10 days from approved sample in normal season. November and December run 2-3 weeks because the whole industry is at capacity. Build that into a launch date.
Can you match a specific Pantone?
Yes, on offset spot colour. Send the reference and we will confirm achievable tolerance on the paper stock you choose before you commit.
Will our artwork stay confidential?
Yes. Client artwork and brand names are not shared or published without written permission, and we will sign your NDA.
Can you ship outside Vietnam?
Yes. We deliver to port with export documentation. For overseas programmes, ask about the collapsible flat-pack format, it materially reduces freight volume.
